Data You Choose to Share with Hyrox

The HYROX TURKEY Event (“Event”) is a nationally and internationally organized sports competition and is open to the public. Therefore, similar to concerts, theater performances, or other public events, audio and video recordings of participants (athletes or spectators) may be taken while they are present in the event area during the Event. For more detailed information about the personal data processed during the Event, you can review our Athlete and Spectator Information Notice.

If you purchase a ticket for the Event or participate in any way, your personal data—particularly visual and auditory information and, if you are an athlete, health data—will be processed for the purposes of conducting, promoting, broadcasting, and archiving the Event.

In this context, your personal data will be processed by the local organizer, domestic and international business partners, sponsors, and healthcare service providers in accordance with the provisions of the Law (Articles 8 et seq.) and applicable legislation; such data will only be used for the purposes specified above.

When you visit our website, we collect your personal data to the extent permitted and as outlined in this Policy, solely for the purpose of providing certain services. Our personal data collection activities related to specific processes (e.g., participation in the Event as an Athlete or Spectator) are detailed in the Athlete and Spectator Information Notice. Data Collected Automatically by Hyrox

Regarding to the Security of Your Credit Card Information:

Hyrox ensures the security of credit card holders only when tickets are purchased through our official website, www.hyroxturkiye.com. The site uses a payment infrastructure that complies with international security standards. Information related to the credit card used during the purchase is encrypted via the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and sent to the relevant bank for verification, independently of the website. The transaction proceeds only if the card’s usability is confirmed. Additionally, credit card data is protected in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

In addition to these measures, Hyrox considers parameters such as the cart amount, product type, whether the card is being used for the first time, whether the previous transaction was made with 3D Secure, address changes, and the overall risk situation to determine whether a 3D Secure verification is required.

3D Secure is a protocol designed as an additional security layer for credit and debit card transactions conducted over the internet. Under this protocol, when a person chooses to pay via credit card on www.hyroxturkiye.com, the bank sends a one-time code to the phone number registered with the card. This code is single-use and cannot be used again. The transaction is approved only when the user enters the code received on their phone. You must not share this code with any third party. If you do, Hyrox will not accept any responsibility. Hyrox will not request your bank information in the event the transaction cannot be completed.

Our ticketing services may contain links to third-party ticketing platform integrator’s, payment service provider’s and other third-party service provider’s websites. In such cases, the collection, processing, sharing, or transfer of data by third parties is outside of our responsibility. Your use of third-party websites and the sharing of your data with them are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites and are not covered by this Policy provided by Hyrox. Hyrox does not send emails or SMS messages requesting your credit card or account information, codes, or passwords. Therefore, we strongly remind you not to trust any emails or SMS messages requesting your personal, credit card, account, or password information that use the Hyrox name or logo.

Necessary Steps Regarding to the Membership

Hyrox allows you to purchase tickets without a membership. Within this framework, you can cancel your membership at any time without any preconditions and continue to purchase tickets. However, in this case, Hyrox will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience on the platform.

If you wish to cancel your Hyrox membership, you can submit a request via our website by navigating to My Account > Settings > Update Membership Information and using the “Delete My Account” option. Cancelled memberships cannot be reactivated. Additionally, any coupons or campaigns associated with a cancelled membership cannot be transferred to another account.

If you also wish to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so using the relevant individual application form attached and submit it to Hyrox through one of the following methods:

HYROX TÜRKİYE Etkinliği (“Etkinlik”) ulusal ve uluslararası olarak düzenlenen bir spor müsabakası olup kamuya açık bir organizasyondur. İşbu sebeple konser, tiyatro ya da benzeri kamuya açık etkinliklerde olduğu gibi, etkinlik süresince katılımcıların (sporcu veya seyirci) etkinlik alanında bulundukları süre boyunca görüntü ve ses kayıtları alınabilecektir. Etkinlik sırasında işlenecek kişisel verileriniz hakkında daha detaylı bilgi edinmek için Sporcu ve Seyirci Aydınlatma Metni’mizi inceleyebilirsiniz.

Etkinliğe bilet satın alınması veya herhangi bir şekilde katılım sağlanması durumunda, kişisel verileriniz -özellikle görsel ve işitsel bilgileriniz ile sporcu olmanız halinde sağlık verileriniz- etkinliğin yürütülmesi, tanıtımı, yayını ve arşivlenmesi amaçlarıyla işlenecektir.

Bu kapsamda, kişisel verileriniz yerel organizatör, Kanun’un madde 8 vd. hükümleri uyarınca yurt içindeki ve yurt dışındaki iş ortakları, sponsor firmalar ve sağlık hizmeti sunucuları tarafından ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenecek; söz konusu veriler yalnızca belirtilen amaçlarla sınırlı şekilde kullanılacaktır.

İnternet Sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde bazı hizmetlerimizin sunulabilmesi amacıyla ve bu amaçlarla sınırlı olarak, izin verdiğiniz ölçüde ve işbu Politika içerisinde düzenlendiği şekliyle kişisel verilerinizi toplarız. Hyrox Tarafından Otomatik Yöntemlerle Toplanan Veriler

Hizmetlerimiz’i ziyaret ettiğinizde, bazı verileriniz otomatik yöntemlerle (örn. çerezler ve/veya yazılım geliştirme seti) toplanır. Bu veriler çoğu zaman kişiyi belirleyebilecek nitelikte olmayabilir. Alışveriş sırasında kullanılan kredi kartı ile ilgili bilgiler siteden bağımsız olarak SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protokolü ile şifrelenip sorgulanmak üzere ilgili bankaya ulaşır. Kartın kullanılabilirliği onaylandığı takdirde alışverişe devam edilir. Hyrox, bu önlemlere ek olarak ödeme aşamasında sepet tutarı, ürün türü, kartın ilk defa kullanılma durumu, daha önce işlemin 3D Secure Güvenli Ödeme ile yapılıp yapılmadığı, adres değişikliği gibi parametreler ve risk durumunu dikkate alarak, 3D Secure kontrolünün yapılıp yapılmayacağına karar verir.

3D Güvenli Ödeme; internet üzerinden yapılan kredi ve banka kartı işlemleri için ek bir güvenlik katmanı olarak tasarlanmış protokoldür.

Bu protokolde alışveriş yapan kişi www.hyroxturkiye.com üzerinden kredi kartı ile ödeme işlemini gerçekleştirmek için seçimini yaptığında, kredi kartına tanımlı olan telefon numarasına ilgili banka tarafından bir kod gönderilir. Gönderilen bu kod tek kullanımlıktır ve bu nedenle başka bir zamanda kullanılamaz. İşlem, ancak kişi bankadan cep telefonuna gelen kodu girdiğinde onaylanır. Hyrox kredi kartı ve hesap bilgilerinizi ya da kod ve parolalarınızı talep eden elektronik posta ve SMS’ler göndermez. Bu sebeple Hyrox ismi ve logosu kullanılarak; kişisel bilgileriniz ile kredi kartı ve hesap bilgilerinizi, parolalarınızı talep eden e-posta ve SMS’lere kesinlikle itibar etmemeniz gerektiğini önemle hatırlatırız.

Politika’nın Güncellenmesi

İşbu Politika’nın hükümleri kısmen veya tamamen Hyrox tarafından çeşitli gereksinimler sebebiyle değiştirilebilir ya da yenilenebilir. Politika, internet sitemizde yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.

Üyelik İptali İstenildiği Durumda Gerekli Adımlar

Hyrox sizlere üyeliksiz bilet satın alma imkanı sunar. Bu çerçevede üyeliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman herhangi bir ön şart bulunmaksızın iptal edebilir, bununla birlikte bilet satın almaya devam edebilirsiniz. Ancak bu halde Hyrox platformunda sizlere özel ve kişiselleştirilmiş bir deneyim sunmamız mümkün değildir.

Hyrox üyeliğinizi iptal etmek istemeniz halinde internet sitemiz üzerinden Hesabım > Ayarlarım > Üyelik Bilgisi Güncelleme sayfasının altında bulunan "Hesabımı Sil" alanını kullanarak talepte bulunabilirsiniz. İptal edilen üyelik yeniden aktif edilemez. Ayrıca iptal edilen üyeliğinizde yer alan kuponlarınız, kampanyalarınız başka bir hesaba devredilemez.

ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI

6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu (“Kanun”) Kapsamında, HYROX SEE Sportif Organizasyon A.Ş. (“Hyrox”) olarak sizlere daha iyi hizmet sağlayabilmek adına sitemizde çerezlerden faydalanmaktayız. Bu Çerez Politikası hangi tür çerezleri kullandığımızı, hangi çerezleri hangi amaçlarla işlediğimizi ve çerezleri nasıl yönettiğimize ilişkin açıklamalarımızı içermektedir.

Çerez

Çerez, ziyaret ettiğiniz internet siteleri tarafından tarayıcılar aracılığıyla bilgisayarınıza (ya da akıllı telefon veya tablet gibi diğer cihazlarınıza) kaydedilen ve çok küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Çerezler, ziyaretçilere ilişkin isim, cinsiyet veya adres gibi kişisel verileri içermezler. Çerezler sayesinde internet sitemizin işlevselliğini ve performansını arttırıyor, özelliklerimizi iyileştiriyor ve sunulan özellikleri sizlere uygun olarak geliştiriyoruz. Ayrıca sizlerin ve Hyrox’un güvenliğini de çerezler sayesinde sağlıyoruz. İnternet sitemizde bulunan çerez türleri aşağıdaki gibidir;

Teknik (Zorunlu) Çerezler: Teknik çerezler, internet sitesinde tanımlanması zorunlu çerezler olup bu çerezler tanımlanmadan sizlere yeterli hizmet sağlayamamaktayız. Bu çerezler pazarlama amacı ile kullanılamaz, zorunlu çerezlerin engellenmesi halinde, internet sitesinin bazı bölümleri çalışmayabilir. Zorunlu çerezler, yalnızca sizin işlemlerinizi gerçekleştirmek için ayarlanmış olup gizlilik tercihlerinizi belirleme, oturum açmak veya form doldurmak gibi hizmet taleplerinizi içerirler. Bu çerezler aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verileriniz, Kanun m.5/2-f hükmüne göre “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebebi kapsamında işlenmektedir.

Performans (Analiz) çerezleri: İnternet sitesini nasıl kullandığınız, hangi sayfaları ziyaret ettiğiniz ve hangi bağlantıları tıkladığınız gibi bilgileri toplayarak ziyaretçilerin internet sitesiyle nasıl bir etkileşime girdiğini anlamamıza, dolayısıyla sizlerin deneyimlerini daha iyi hale getirmemize yardımcı olur. Bu veriler internet sitemizin performansını ölçebilmemiz ve iyileştirebilmemiz için kullanılırlar. Performans çerezleri aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verileriniz, Kanun’un m. 5/1 hükmü uyarınca açık rızanızın alınması suretiyle işlenmektedir.

Pazarlama (Hedefleme) çerezleri: Size ve ilgi alanlarınıza yakın olan içerikleri ve kampanyaları sunmak amacıyla kullanılır. Pazarlama çerezleri ayrıca sitemizde reklam ortaklarımız tarafından ayarlanmaktadır. Tarayıcınızı ve cihazınızı belirleyerek çalışırlar. Performans Çerezlerine izin vermediğiniz müddetçe size başka sitede reklam sunma imkanına sahip olamayız. Bu çerezler aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verileriniz, Kanun’un m. 5/1 hükmü kapsamında açık rızanızın alınması suretiyle işlenmektedir.

İşlevsellik çerezleri: Daha kişiselleştirilmiş bir çevrimiçi deneyim için internet sitemizde geçmişte yaptığınız seçimlerin hatırlamasına olanak tanır. Bu çerezler zorunlu çerezler dışında kalan işlevsellikleri sağlama amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Bu çerezler aracılığı ile toplanan kişisel verileriniz, Kanun’un m. 5/1 hükmü kapsamında açık rızanızın alınması suretiyle işlenmektedir.

Çerezler Vasıtasıyla Toplanılan Veriler

Çerez Politikasında belirtilen amaçlar dahilinde; çerezler vasıtasıyla kullandığınız tarayıcı ve işletim sistemi, IP adresi, kullanıcı ID, ziyaretinizin tarihi ve saati, etkileşim durumu (örneğin, siteye erişip erişemediğiniz veya bir hata uyarısı alıp almadığınız), sitedeki özelliklerin kullanımı, girdiğiniz arama ifadeleri, sitemizi ne sıklıkta ziyaret ettiğiniz, dil tercihleriniz, sayfaları kaydırma hareketleri, eriştiğiniz sekmelere ilişkin bilgiler dahil kullanıcı işlem kayıtlarına ilişkin verileri topluyoruz ve işliyoruz. Tüm bunların yanı sıra, internet sitemiz üzerinde Google Inc.’a ("Google") ait bir analiz hizmeti olan Google Analytics’in aşağıdaki listede yer alan ve kullanılan sayfaları takip etmek amacıyla çerezleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu çerezler ile “tanımlama bilgileri”, yani bilgisayarınıza kaydedilen ve internet sitesinin tarafınızdan kullanılmasının analiz edilmesini sağlayan metin dosyaları kullanmaktadır.

Çerezlerin Yönetimi

Tarayıcınız üzerinden çerezlere ilişkin ayarlamalar yapabilirsiniz. Çerezleri sınırlamak, engellemek, silmek veya cihazınıza çerez gönderildiğinden uyarı alacak şekilde ayarlamalar yapmak mümkündür. Ancak farklı tarayıcılar için farklı devre dışı bırakma yöntemleri kullanmanız gerekmektedir.
